We Offer Free Standard USPS shipping in the contiguous United States.To order to any other  location  including Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us by phone or email at calirubmail@calirub.co with your phone number and email address and we'll take your order over the phone, personally.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped out directly from our Magalia, California location within 24 hours . Orders received Saturday and Sunday will be processed by the following Monday..after placing your order. We provide you with a tracking number to estimate the time of delivery We use the following method:

• USPS Flat Rate shipping generally takes between one and three days, excluding Sunday, depending on package origin and its final destination. Packages shipped via flat rate are sent via USPS Priority Mail.
• The COVID crisis may  very well delay your shipment depending on its impact to the US Postal Service. 

 

What happens if my order is stuck or lost in the mail?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets , sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control.
