 We Offer Free Standard USPS shipping in the contiguous United States.

Charges apply to Canada, Alaska and Hawaii as follows:

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped out directly from our Magalia location within 24 hours after placing your order. We provide you with a tracking number to estimate the time of delivery We use the following method:

  • USPS Flat Rate shipping generally takes between one and three days, excluding Sunday, depending on package origin and its final destination. Packages shipped via flat rate are sent via USPS Priority Mail.
  • Allow 7-9 or more days for shipping to reach Mid or Eastern Canada.
  • The COVID crisis may  very well delay your shipment depending on its impact to the US Postal Service. 

What happens if my order is stuck or lost in the mail?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets , sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package  Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situation

 

  All Sales Are Final. 
Refunds for returns must be approved. The return must be an unopened package sent back to us postmarkded within 8 days of receipt. Email us at calirubmail@calirub.co to request a returned product refund. Check this page in case our policy changes. All items are of the highest quality and individually inspected before processed. Please order carefully. Please read all the ingredients on the product. If you are allergic to any of the stated ingredients it is best not to order it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

 Damages

CALIRUB..co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
