Refunds for returns must be approved. The return must be an unopened package sent back to us within 8 days of purchase. Email us at calirubmail@calirub.co to request a returned product refund. Check this page in case our policy changes. All items are of the highest quality and individually inspected before processed. Please order carefully. Please read all the ingredients on the product. If you are allergic to any of the stated ingredients it is best not to order it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damages

CALIRUB..co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
